08:30: Luxury van picks you up at your hotel in Hanoi Old Quarter. Enjoy the landscape of the Red River Delta on the way to Ha Long Bay.

12:15: Transfer to Orchid Trendy by a tender boat. Welcome our guests onboard, here passengers can enjoy our special home-made welcome drink. Guests will be seated in our restaurant to receive their cruise briefing & safety instructions.
13:00: Passenger will be taking lunch while we cruise and visit Ha Long Bay – Lan Ha Bay - one of the New Seven Wonders of Nature.
15:00: We progress to Dark and Bright Caves, the ideal place for you to get up and close to Ha Long Bay by bamboo boat or kayak.

17:00: Orchid Trendy enters a less populated area at Tra Bau - Lan Ha Bay. Enjoy a nice swim in the green, emerald water.

08:45: Boarding Orchid day boat to visit Viet Hai fishing village. Cycling along the village (Optional electric car service is available) to enjoy the stunning landscape of Cat Ba rain forest and dark tunnels, witness the scenery of rice fields, visit the ancient house, and get closer to local life.

11:00: Return to the boat and enjoy lunch.
14:00: Visit Bao Trai Dao (Three peach islets), this peaceful body of water has beautiful scenery, making it the perfect place for scenic kayaking or relaxing on a sandy beach.

FACILITIES & DECK PLAN:

Orchid Trendy has 02 main decks, one basement, and a sundeck as the public area.
The first deck: All 12 deluxe cabins and connecting rooms are arranged next to the reception and spa. Each cabin overlooks the bay with private balconies.
The second deck: 06 premium deluxe cabins, including 04 of them, can be connected to create 02 family cabins with separate bathrooms. The remaining 02 exclusive cabins are on the back of the vessel; a restaurant and swimming pool area are on the front with easy access.
The sundeck: The relaxing luxurious space is used mainly for sunbathing and letting your hair down, but on special occasions, the deck can be redecorated to host events on request.

Sundeck
Extremely large and airy with a magnificent panoramic view of Lan Ha Bay - an ideal place to sunbathe without worrying about running out of sunbeds, practice Tai Chi in the early morning, and gather to enjoy onboard services.

Outdoor Pool/Jacuzzi
It can be a big pool or jacuzzi based on guests' request with warm water - a more relaxed choice for tourists who want a safer swimming experience or only need to soak in the water.

Restaurant

Kayaking
Orchid Trendy allows tourists to try kayaking in the less touristic Ao Ech area on the 2nd day of the 2d1n itinerary or the 3rd day of the 3d2n itinerary.

Happy Hour (Sundeck Bar)

Squid Fishing
Only worth trying in the summertime (Jul - Aug), which is the squid season in Lan Ha Bay, and sometimes, the cruise manager offers a prize for anyone who catches the most squid (usually 1 FREE beer per squid).

Cycling
Only applied for 3d2n itinerary with the 2nd day visiting Viet Hai Village on Cat Ba island - a chance to practice and the best way to enjoy light breezes and a fantastic view of Cat Ba.

FOOD & DRINK:

All meals on board are included, including welcome drinks, water in each cabin, and fresh fruit baskets. The cruise offers a culinary experience with a delicious Vietnamese taste and the freshest local ingredients, especially seafood.

Overall, everything was great. Pickup on time; nice and easy ride to the port; the ship's crew were very nice and friendly; the food was great. They take the not-so-populated route which is peaceful. The cave was not the biggest but pretty cool. Kayaking was nice and relaxing. The complimentary water is always welcome. Rooms are very nice. No complaints. Worth it.
