3 Days 2 Nights on Scarlet Pearl Cruise

DAY 1: HANOI - HALONG BAY - LANHA BAY - SANG CAVE - ECH LAGOON

Around 08:30: Limousine will pick up guests from hotel in Hanoi Old Quarter or Hanoi Opera House (applicable for guests who booked transportation service). Our driver will take a 10-15 minute break by a station for guests to rest on the way.
11:30: Arrive at Scarlet Pearl Cruise's Lounge in Halong International Cruise Port to check-in. Guests will be offered “welcome drink” and listen to instructions before boarding.
12:00: Guests will start boarding.
13:00: A splendid lunch is served at Tahiti Restaurant while the cruise travelling across primitive Lan Hạ Bay. The bay has hundreds of islands and islets, making it a wonderful background for guests to look at while dining.
15:00: Arrive at Sáng Cave by kayaking or rowing boat as the path towards the cave is 70m long of water. On the way, guests will be amazed by sparkling karst arcs through sunlight. Afterwards, guests are invited to enter Ếch Lagoon, an extremely serene and emerald spot to kayak and swim. It’ll be a wonderful chance to immerse in one of the most remote parts of Lan Hạ Bay. The shape of this lagoon looks like a giant frog resting, hence it explains the name “Ao Ếch” in Vietnamese.

17:00: Return to the cruise to relax and admire the sunset on the sundeck.
17:30: Watching sunset over Lan Hạy Bay is one of the moments that shouldn’t be missed out. During this time, there will be either a Sunset Party in Sky Bar or a cooking class hosted by our Chef (depending on the season).
From 17:30-18:30: It is Happy Hour meaning Buy One Get One Free - this promotion is applied on our limited drinks menu. Guests can also choose to watch the sunset by catamaran while sipping fresh cocktails (this is surcharged).

Day 2: LANHA BAY - BA TRAI DAO BEACH - VIET HAI VILLAGE - CATBA NATIONAL PARK

06:30: Begin a new day with a Tai Chi session while welcoming magnificent sunrise. (Guests can also choose to take photos and enjoy the scene if they prefer so.) A light breakfast is served from
06:45-07:30: In the refreshing and peaceful beauty of the Bay.
09:00: Tour around Ba Trái Đào Beach, one of the most gorgeous beaches in Lan Hạ Bay. Then, guests will visit Việt Hải Village on Cát Bà Island and hop on bicycle rides (or electric cars). On this island, guests will have the chance to go through a rainforest tunnel and sightseeing its gorgeous scenery. Meet and greet the locals living their life, check out their houses and school. A small village of only 80 households nestled in the midst of forests and covered by high mountain range of Cát Bà National Park, Việt Hải locals practise a self-sufficient lifestyle by farming, fishing and breeding.

12:00: Taste a fresh lunch on the luxury catamaran, in which guests will have the chance to go fishing and swimming in the remote areas with the most breathtaking views. This exquisite picnic might be the highlight of the day.

FACILITIES & DECK PLAN:

Scarlet Pearl has 4 decks which are designed to get smaller from the main to the top floor, making the yacht the most classy ship in the bay.
The basement is the largest deck (~ 900m2) containing the kitchen and Akoya Spa.
The first deck is where you can find the reception area and 12 Silver Pearl (28m2) including 02 Family Connecting.
On the 2nd deck, there are 04 Golden Pearl, 02 Onyx Pearl, 01 President Suite (60m2 to 150m2), and 04 Silver Pearl.
The third & top decks are designed for entertainment, from restaurant, bar bistro, sky bar, library, and movie room, to outdoor jacuzzi.

Akoya Spa
Located in the basement, Akoya Spa always welcomes you with the ultimate spa exhilaration. There are 02 massage tables and 01 wooden bathtub in a cozy dark atmosphere.

Tahiti Restaurant
Tahiti Restaurant serves all the meals on the 3rd deck from 6:45 to 22:00. With a max capacity of 100 people, the restaurant is well equipped with a Singapore spotlight system, a piano lounge, high-class wooden furniture, and full-size glass windows.

Bar Bistro
Next to the restaurant, the Bar Bistro is not only a wine cellar with around 50 different wines but also an old-fashioned jewel where you can feast your eye on a 180-degree bay view.

Outdoor Jacuzzi
At the back of the top deck is the 4-season jacuzzi in a round shape of approximately 9m2, which is suitable for 2 adults to wind down together. You can let your hair down on the sun loungers and sip a cocktail.

Library & Movie Room
Set location behind the sky bar, the library and movie corner is a favorite place for couples and families with kids. Fully equipped with comfy leather sofas and a projector screen, this lounge gives private space to enjoy tranquil moments.

SERVICE & ACTIVITIES:

The 2-day-1-night trip will sail through Halong Bay and Lan Ha Bay, with a highlight to visit Dark & Bright Cave. The 3-day-2-night itinerary will give you the chance to explore the Catamaran luxury sailing boat program to explore Cat Ba Island - Viet Hai Village - Ba Trai Dao on the second day.

Kayak/Bamboo Boat at Dark & Bright Cave

In the afternoon on the first day, you will have around 1.5 hours to explore the enchanting water cave by kayaking (paddling by yourself) or bamboo boat (rowing by the locals).

Please note that you can only explore Bright Cave for safety purposes.

Swim in Ao Ech Area

From 16:30 to 17:30 on Day 1, you can join some water activities and soak in the emerald water at Ao Ech, the overnight mooring point in Lan Ha Bay. You will be provided with life vests and a giant float for endless joys.

Luxury Catamaran

Scarlet Pearl is the one and only Halong Bay cruise that uses a catamaran boat for full Day 2 of the 3d2n itinerary, instead of a smaller boat. For those who join the 2d1n itinerary, you still have an opportunity to join a 30-minute catamaran on the morning of Day 2.

With a capacity of 8 - 10 passengers, the catamaran sailing boat has a maximum speed of 60km/h without gasoline smell and noise. It is pretty perfect for sightseeing, sunbathing, and exploring the hidden spots on the lap of luxury. On the interior, there is also a dining area to serve lunch for a 3-day excursion.

NOTE:

1-hour catamaran sunset party is available upon request, with a surcharge including fresh fruits and drinks (need at least 8 people to start the trip).
Please contact the cruise manager if you want to charter a private boat.

Visiting Viet Hai Village

For the 3-day-2-night cruise only, you can discover the beautiful cycling route in Viet Hai Village, learn about local life, and immerse yourself in a fish foot massage.

Spa & Massage

Akoya Spa uses special pearl powder in its products for foot, head, back, shoulder, and body massage, to facial and skin care. You can opt for traditional treatments such as herbal and oil massage.

Beyond this, you can enjoy reading, watching movies, squid fishing, cooking class, and other services like in-room services, anniversaries, honeymoons, and birthday setups on Scarlet Pearl.

FOOD & DRINK:

To give the best taste aboard, the talented chefs on Scarlet Pearl create a great fusion of Vietnamese and international cuisine.

The serving time is usually 6:30 - 7:30 for breakfast, 9:30 for brunch, 13:00 for lunch, and 19:00 for dinner.

- The 2-day-1-night menu has 04 meals: 01 buffet lunch, 01 set menu dinner, 01 buffet breakfast, and 01 buffet brunch.
- The 3-day-2-night menu offers 07 meals: 02 lunches, 02 set menu dinners, 02 buffet breakfasts, and 01 buffet brunch.
For every special request, the cruise manager will ask person to person and take notes carefully for the kitchen.

NOTE:

- There are different options available for vegan and vegetarian menus.
- Guests who join the 3d2n cruise will have lunch on the catamaran.
In terms of beverages, glass bottles of water, instant tea, and coffee will be supplied as a courtesy in your cabin. Drinks in the mini-bar will cost from US $1.5 to US $3 per item.

Others on the drink menu will be excluded from your cruise package, with a price from US $8/glass of alcoholic beverages and from US $3/glass of non-alcoholic beverages.

No, the bus only picks up & drops off at Hanoi Old quarter, so if you arrive to Hanoi airport you should book a private transfer directly to the cruise pier.
