For guests who have arranged their transportation and will be departing from Tuan Chau Port, arriving at the designated waiting station at Lot 24, Tuan Chau Marina, Halong City is essential. Please plan to arrive around 9:30 to ensure a prompt departure for the cruise.
At approximately 9:30 - 10:00, a seamless transfer process will be organized to transport all guests from the waiting station to the Jade Sails, ensuring a smooth and efficient boarding experience.
